Committed  is the story of a 40-something couple in Alabama who are given superhuman powers -- as well as a charge to save the world. The novel is being published on the arkirby.com site in episodic form.

In addition to the online novel, arkirby.com also features a collection of other writings by Kirby, a freelance writer and former journalist based in Birmingham, Alabama.
